Bookchurch is a non-religious, non-profit that seeks to save books. We have no agenda other than intercepting book donations (often wasteful) and sorting them, before donating books specifically for other organizations.

Not usually! We donate books to all the major organizations that would accept your book donations. But first, we sort and curate the collections, ensuring we take care of the materials. There are some instances where a book is damaged or oldunsuitable and not fit for donation. These books are often kept for study or art projects.

We donate to many organizations throughout the USA, including music schools, cooking schools, retirement communities, libraries, prisons, planned parenthood, art centers, little libraries, and community-based organizations.
